Motorhome or 5th Wheeler Fractional Ownership
Motorhome Lifestyle Shared Ownership and Consultancy Services
Travelhome Macquarie 25 or 29 5th Wheeler
Travelhome is the Australian answer for RV travel
in this great land of ours. It is Australian designed
and built -- not imported and modified.

It punches a smaller hole in the air than most 5th
wheelers -- and it's streamlined shape means
minimal drag. The light weight makes it
appropriate to tow it with a vehicle such as the
Nissan Navara -- and we provide a brand new one
with your package.

The 5th wheeler hitches to the Navara right above
the Navara's rear axle. That means that when you
go over bumps it has less of a tendency to make
the tow vehicle pitch up and down. It also means
that gusts of wind from the side don't get leverage
on the vehicle to make it turn when you want to go
straight. All in all, it's a dream to tow.

Another benefit of the 5th wheeler is that when you
go to hitch up, you can look through the back
window of your truck and see both the coupler on
the RV as well as the tow ball in the back of the
Ute. Back the Navara to get the tow ball under the
coupler, get out and press a switch that
electrically lowers the 5th wheeler, and you are
hitched up and ready to go!

The Travelhome itself has features that will amaze you. Interior cabinetry is aluminium for light
weight. But it also gives the RV a clean, modern look. Windows have pull up flyscreens and pull
down blinds, all contained within the walls.

The kitchen has a large refrigerator and separate freezer with 3 way automatic power selection. You
get both an oven and a cooktop, along with plenty of benchspace. A flip-down cover over the cooktop
allows that space to expand.

The dining area is a great place to relax. It has a good sized table and seating for plenty of guests in
air conditioned comfort. It also makes into a huge bed -- basically double bed with an extra bit along
one side, making an "L" shape. If you were travelling with a tribe of young children, a couple of them
could sleep one way, and a couple more the other way.

At the front of the 5th wheeler there is a unique bed arrangement that can be either two single beds,
or they can zip together into a double. Adjacent to that area is a study desk on one side and a
spacious toilet/vanity/shower on the other side. The shower is separate from the toilet and vanity
area so you don't have to get your feet wet when you don't want to!

Lots of storage area is provided inside and out. Outside there is a large pull out awning, and an
exterior entertainment unit. You can even take the flat screen TV from inside and mount it outside.
Imagine what it will be like to own a 5th wheeler like this. You will have
invested in just the right amount to suit your travel dreams. Every two years
you can 'roll over' your investment into another brand new, state of the art
RV. No worries, no fuss. Pure enjoyment and relaxation.

Which RV is most affordable?
In actual fact, a Travelhome with a
Navara dual cab tow vehicle works
out to be roughly the same cost as
the Winnebago Esperance
motorhome.

At the end of the day, it's not going
to be the cost that you will base
your decision on. In either case
around $30,000 will get you into a
1/6 share of a brand new, fully
maintained and managed RV such
as one of these. So you are free to
go with whichever one fits your
dreams!
